These are the terms for using “Many Lights Tools” (“this site”), operated by Many Lights, a business based in Japan. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. About this site

This site offers small tools that run in your browser, free of charge and without sign-up. The tools and their pricing may change, and a tool may be withdrawn, without notice.

2. Your responsibilities

• Only put files (such as images, videos and zip files) into a tool that you have the right to use. Do not put in files that infringe someone else's copyright, trademark, portrait or other rights.
• Check the files a tool makes (size, crop position, colors, file names, contents and so on) yourself before you sell, print or share them.
• Do not use the site in ways that break the law or the rules of the places where you sell or use your files.
• Do not put excessive load on the site or interfere with its operation.

3. No warranty; limitation of liability

The tools are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the results are correct, that the tools fit a particular purpose, that they are always available, or that they will bring any outcome such as sales. Nothing in this section limits liability for damage caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence. For damage caused by the operator's negligence other than gross negligence, the operator is liable only for direct and ordinary damage, and not for lost profits or indirect damage.

Company names and trademarks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of those companies.

5. Changes; governing law

We may change these terms when needed. The changed terms take effect when they are posted on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If the Japanese and English versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.
